These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://living-radiant.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Living Radiant, LLC. By using the Site or purchasing a Living Radiant digital product or course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Description of the Website and Services

Living Radiant is a professional health coaching and wellness education business. The Site provides educational wellness information, information about health coaching services, access to scheduling through Practice Better, and information about digital courses, self-experimentation programs, workbooks, videos, and other educational products that may be purchased or accessed through third-party platforms such as Payhip.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Living Radiant Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the policies of third-party platforms used to schedule, purchase, pay for, or access services and products.

Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site, purchasing a digital product, creating a course account, or sending emails to Living Radiant constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications related to transactions, course access, appointments, agreements, and other services you request. Where legally permitted, notices and disclosures provided electronically satisfy requirements that communications be in writing.

Age and Adult-Directed Content

Living Radiant does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. Living Radiant’s CGM self-experimentation courses are intended for adults unless expressly stated otherwise. If you are under 18, you may use the Site or purchase an adult-directed digital course only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Health Coaching Services

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and coaching-package terms are provided in the applicable Living Radiant Health Coaching Services Agreement and/or through Practice Better at the time coaching services are scheduled or purchased. Please review those terms before booking coaching services.

Digital Courses and Educational Products

Living Radiant may offer self-guided digital courses, videos, workbooks, challenges, and other educational products. These products are provided for personal educational use only. Unless Living Radiant expressly states otherwise in writing, purchasing a digital course does not create a health coaching relationship, medical-provider relationship, fiduciary relationship, or entitlement to individualized health advice.

Course descriptions, features, pricing, access terms, and any prerequisites or third-party equipment requirements are provided on the applicable product or sales page. For the 7-Day CGM Metabolic Self-Experiment Challenge, a compatible continuous glucose monitor is purchased separately and should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Payhip and Third-Party Course Delivery

Digital course purchases and course access may be provided through Payhip. When you purchase or access a course through Payhip, you may be required to provide information to Payhip and its payment providers. Your use of Payhip is also subject to Payhip’s applicable terms and privacy policies. Living Radiant does not directly store payment card details for Payhip purchases.

Digital Product Access and Refunds

Because digital course access is provided electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law or where Living Radiant determines that a refund is appropriate because of a duplicate charge, a material technical access failure that cannot be resolved, or a material discrepancy between the product and its description. If you experience an access problem, contact lanakoepke@living-radiant.com so that Living Radiant can first attempt to resolve the issue.

Personal Use License and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Living Radiant—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course lessons, workbooks, downloads, templates, and other educational materials—is owned by Living Radiant, LLC or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase a digital course or product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, record, distribute, share login credentials, resell, sublicense, publicly display, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit course materials without prior written permission from Living Radiant, LLC, except as permitted by law.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site, course platform, or Living Radiant content for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages, disables, overburdens, interferes with, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, course content, accounts, systems, or other users’ access.

Health Information and Educational Disclaimer

Information provided by Living Radiant on the Site, in social media, videos, workbooks, digital courses, self-experimentation challenges, or other educational materials is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and is not individualized medical advice.

Living Radiant provides professional health coaching services and wellness education and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Health coaching and self-guided educational courses are not substitutes for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Consult your healthcare professional regarding medical concerns and before making changes to medications, prescribed treatment, or other significant health-related decisions.

Continuous glucose monitors and other consumer health devices have limitations. Participants should use devices according to the manufacturer’s instructions and should not rely on Living Radiant course content or an isolated device reading to diagnose or manage a medical condition.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site and Living Radiant products may link to third-party websites, scheduling systems, payment providers, course platforms, social media services, device manufacturers, or other resources. Living Radiant does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement unless expressly stated.

International Users

Living Radiant operates from the United States. If you access the Site or purchase products from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living Radiant, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or course materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.

Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, courses, products, services, and related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Living Radiant does not guarantee any specific health, metabolic, glucose, weight, financial, or other outcome from using educational content or participating in a course.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Living Radiant, LLC and its suppliers or service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, digital products, courses, third-party services, or related content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

Termination and Access Restriction

Living Radiant may restrict or terminate access to the Site or course content when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability, and dispute provisions.

Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer law.

Changes to Terms

Living Radiant may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version posted on the Site will supersede prior versions. When changes are material, Living Radiant may provide notice by updating the effective date, posting a notice on the Site, or communicating by email when appropriate.
