For example, you may contact us by email, schedule a Discovery Session or coaching appointment, purchase a digital course or educational product, create an account with a third-party course platform, or request customer support.

When you select a coaching scheduling option on our website, you may be redirected to Practice Better, our client management platform. Information you provide through Practice Better, such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, intake forms, payment information when applicable, and any other information you voluntarily submit, is collected and processed by Practice Better in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

When you select a digital course or educational product, you may be redirected to Payhip, our digital storefront and course-delivery platform. Payhip may collect information needed to process the purchase and provide course access, such as your name, email address, country or location information, order details, and account information. Payment is handled through Payhip and its payment providers. Living Radiant does not directly collect or store your payment card details for Payhip purchases. Information submitted through Payhip is subject to Payhip’s own Privacy & Cookies Policy, Terms, and the policies of its applicable payment providers.

Living Radiant uses information received or made available to it to communicate with you, schedule and provide services, provide access to purchased products or courses, respond to support requests, maintain business records, process or reconcile transactions, and fulfill professional, legal, tax, accounting, and administrative obligations. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future as our services evolve.

Our website may link to Practice Better for coaching scheduling and client services and to Payhip for digital product purchases, course accounts, course delivery, and related customer functions. Information submitted through those platforms is governed by their applicable privacy policies and terms.
