This statement explains the general privacy, coaching, and educational-content boundaries for the Living Radiant website, health coaching communications, and self-guided digital educational products and courses.

1. Coaching Scope

Living Radiant, LLC provides health and wellness coaching for education, lifestyle support, habit change, and personal growth. Coaching may include discussion of metabolic health, nutrition habits, movement, sleep, stress, energy, and daily lifestyle patterns. Coaching is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, nutrition therapy, or a substitute for advice from a physician or other licensed medical provider.

2. Digital Courses and Educational Content

Living Radiant also provides self-guided educational content, including digital courses, challenges, videos, workbooks, and self-experimentation materials. Purchasing or participating in a self-guided course does not by itself create a health coaching or healthcare-provider relationship and does not include individualized medical advice unless a separate coaching service is expressly purchased and governed by a separate agreement.

3. No Medical Advice

Information shared by Living Radiant, LLC—including on the website, by email, on social media, in videos, workbooks, digital courses, self-experimentation challenges, or during coaching sessions—is for educational and coaching purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Participants, clients, and visitors should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions, changing medications or prescribed treatment, or beginning a significant health-related program.

4. CGM and Self-Experimentation

Continuous glucose monitors and other consumer health devices provide data that may be useful for education and self-observation but have limitations and are not a substitute for medical evaluation. CGM course participants should follow the device manufacturer’s instructions. Living Radiant educational materials emphasize observing patterns and context rather than treating a single device reading as a diagnosis or medical conclusion.

5. Website Privacy

The Living Radiant website is primarily informational and may direct visitors to third-party platforms for coaching scheduling, digital purchases, payment processing, and course access. The website is not intended as a public portal for submitting detailed medical or health-history information.

6. Sensitive Health Information

Please do not send sensitive personal health information, medical records, laboratory reports, medication lists, detailed health histories, CGM exports, or similar health information through general email, social media messages, or ordinary non-client communication channels. Coaching clients should use the secure systems designated by Living Radiant for client-related information when available.

7. Third-Party Systems

Living Radiant may use third-party systems including Practice Better for coaching-related scheduling, intake, communication, and forms; Payhip for digital course purchases and delivery; payment providers for transaction processing; and Netlify, Google Workspace, and other providers for website hosting and business operations. Information submitted through third-party platforms is also subject to those platforms’ privacy policies, security practices, and terms.

8. Confidentiality in Coaching

Living Radiant respects client privacy and treats coaching conversations and client information with care. Information shared in a coaching relationship is used to support the coaching process and is not sold. Information may be disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect safety, permitted by the client, or otherwise described in applicable client agreements and privacy policies.

9. Email and Electronic Communication

Email and electronic communication are convenient but may not be appropriate for sensitive health information. By contacting Living Radiant through ordinary email or electronic messages, a visitor, customer, or client acknowledges that electronic communication may carry privacy and security risks. Secure client systems should be used for client-related sensitive information when available.

10. Third-Party Links

The Living Radiant website and educational products may link to third-party websites, scheduling tools, course platforms, payment providers, social media platforms, device manufacturers, videos, or other resources. Living Radiant is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, availability, or policies of third-party websites or platforms.

11. Personal Information Use

Living Radiant uses personal information only for appropriate business, course, customer-support, and coaching-related purposes, such as responding to inquiries, scheduling services, providing purchased products or course access, maintaining records, and communicating about requested services. Living Radiant does not sell personal information.

12. Updates

This statement may be updated from time to time as Living Radiant’s website, courses, services, systems, or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the current version date.
