Living Radiant, LLC provides health and wellness coaching for education, lifestyle support, habit change, and personal growth. Coaching may include discussion of topics such as metabolic health, nutrition habits, movement, sleep, stress, energy, and daily lifestyle patterns. Coaching is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, nutrition therapy, or a substitute for advice from a physician or other licensed medical provider.

Information shared by Living Radiant, LLC, including on this website, by email, on social media, in videos, or during coaching sessions, is for educational and coaching purposes only. It should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Clients and visitors should consult their physician or qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions, changing medications, changing prescribed treatment, or beginning any significant health-related program.

3. Website Privacy

The Living Radiant website is primarily informational. At this time, the website does not collect personal health information directly through health-history forms or public website forms. If a visitor contacts Living Radiant by email, phone, social media, or a scheduling link, the information provided may be used to respond to the inquiry, schedule a session, provide requested information, and manage coaching-related communication.

4. Sensitive Health Information

Please do not send sensitive personal health information, medical records, lab reports, medication lists, or detailed health history through general email, social media messages, or other non-client communication channels. If someone becomes a coaching client, client-related information should be shared through the secure systems designated by Living Radiant, LLC.

5. Scheduling and Third-Party Systems

Living Radiant may use third-party systems, including Practice Better, for scheduling, client intake, client communication, forms, and coaching-related services. Information submitted through third-party platforms is also subject to that platform’s privacy policy, security practices, and terms. Visitors and clients are encouraged to review the privacy practices of any third-party platform before submitting information.

6. Confidentiality in Coaching

Living Radiant respects client privacy and treats coaching conversations and client information with care. Information shared in a coaching relationship is used to support the coaching process and is not sold. Information may be disclosed when required by law, when necessary to protect safety, with the client’s permission, or as otherwise described in applicable client agreements and privacy policies.

7. Email and Electronic Communication

Email and electronic communication can be convenient but may not be appropriate for sensitive health information. By contacting Living Radiant by email or electronic message, a visitor or client acknowledges that electronic communication may carry privacy and security risks. For client-related information, secure client systems should be used when available.
